New Spirit, New Life

First off I have to say I unfortunetly did not get married. But its alright, I have a new found determination in my life and I know I can grow from anything I must go through. So right now I am working on my education and will be graduating in April with my degree in Theatre Arts education! Hopefully I can find a job quickly and begin teaching. I also am working on a small 35 min show for my final Directing project. Its called Wagon Wheels West!! Its a musical Melodrama and all that that implies. We have wagon trains, heros, villians, can can dancers, etc.! It should be a lot of fun!! It shows on Nov 12 at 1pm, 2pm, and 4pm. at BYU. If you have any questions just ask me and i can get you more information!!!

So such is life. It is a good life, a busy life, but a life that is very fulfilling right now.

Finished again

We Finished our show again without a hitch. It was a wonderful show and the kids did really well!! Right now i am planning on teaching another Creative Drama class for young kids this summer (so if you have any ideas let me know). And not only will I be doing that but I will be getting Married!!!! Its so exciting and wonderful to have such an amazingly supportive fiance that lets me do what i love! I will soon be working on Once on this Island with Center Stage ...(lol if any of you know me, you will know this will be the 4th time!!)

oh my word!! its been FOREVER!!

oh my word!! it has been so long since i wrote last!!! I am so bad!! So update lol I did get excepted to my major! yay!!!!!!!!! I am now a true Theatre Education major and will be graduated next april!!! that is so crazy to me! I will be doing my student teaching next winter and that is blowing my mind! I swear lol I am not old enough to be a teacher but i LOVE that i am so close!! so YAY! Now i am working on finishing this semester which is crazy because i am taking 17 credits :P but its good and fun and i love my classes.

I am working on Your a good man Charlie Brown!!! Here is our publicity Photo. Other then that life is great and really busy but i wouldnt have it any other way! :)

Update :)

Well I am in the class I have to be in to be accepted to my major, so I will know the middle of october!! This is really exciting. I have been learning a lot about teaching and I am excited to use by new knowledge. If things go the way I want them to then I will be doing my Student Teaching in the Winter of 2010. This also means I will be graduating that April!! YAY!!!! I am so excited that things are going well and that life just keeps moving forward. I also got my hair done (its marronish purple:) and i love it!!!) So Life is great right now and I hope it is for you too!!

YAY! New show on the way!!

Just found out we will be doing "You're a Good Man Charlie Brown" for my youth theaters production coming next april!!! I am excited to work on this project since it is a show I have not done and i LOVE the story!! If you have any suggestions please leave them!!

bored!!!

Well i just finished teaching my theater workshop and i LOVED it!! I decided to teach the first day on imagination and creating a story(here we took poems and performed the story with our bodies). The next day we did Pantimime, which i think was the best day of all!! (we painted an imaginary box, thinking of colors and shapes, we painted to music (remembering all of this is pantimimed so no actual paint or paper!! that was the best!!) ) Then the last day we created Masks, which the kids loved!!! it truely was so fun!!!

But now that i am done...and school spring term is almost over... i dont know what to do!! I am working but lol how much fun is that all the time?! oh well, summer should go by fast!
